Ownership of the Site; Agreement to Terms of Use
The following Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Up2U Refunds website, located at www.Up2U Refunds.com, and all associated sites linked to www.Up2U Refunds.com by Up2U Refunds, its subsidiaries, and affiliates globally (collectively referred to as the “Site”). The Site is owned by Up2U Refunds Inc. (“Up2U Refunds”) and its licensors. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST CEASE USING THE SITE. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Up2U Refunds reserves the right to amend, modify, or remove portions of these Terms at its discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Provided you comply with these Terms, Up2U Refunds grants you a personal, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Site.
Site Content
The content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, images, software, music, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), is owned or licensed by Up2U Refunds and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent rights.
Unless explicitly allowed in these Terms, you are not authorized to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the Site or its Content, including but not limited to its structure, design, and functionality. Limitation of Liability

In the event of liability, Up2U Refunds total liability to you will not exceed the greater of the total fees you have paid to Up2U Refunds for any service or feature within the past six months, or$100 USD.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Up2U Refunds and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Up2U Refunds reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at its discretion.
Consequences for engaging in prohibited activities may include, but are not limited to, immediate termination of your account, legal action, and reporting to appropriate authorities. You agree that Up2U Refunds will not be liable to you or any third party for such suspension or termination.
Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
In the event of a dispute between users, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the other party. If that is unsuccessful, you may contact Up2U Refunds customer support for mediation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly engage in disputes or violate our terms. For any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through these means, you agree to resolve them through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules.
Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Up2U Refunds regarding your use of the Site. If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Up2U Refunds failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to do so in the future.
By using the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws.
Feedback and Submissions
Any feedback you provide to Up2U Refunds through the Site is considered non-confidential. Up2U Refunds may use your feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
